1. Who we are
FamilyLink Pro is operated by 1SitePRo LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business at 934 Kilsyth Road, Elizabeth, NJ 07208. You can reach us at [email protected].
2. What the extension does NOT collect
FamilyLink Pro is built so we never see what you do inside CorrLinks. Specifically, we do not collect, transmit, or store:
- Your CorrLinks username, password, or login session
- The content of any message you send or receive on CorrLinks
- Your inmate contacts, BOP register numbers, facility, or unit info
- Your trust fund or stamp balances
- Any draft messages, templates you use, or notes you take
All of that data lives on your computer, in your browser, and never leaves it. Period.
3. What we DO collect
3.1 Purchase information
When you buy FamilyLink Pro, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your name, email address, billing address, and payment method to process your $99 lifetime purchase. We receive a record of the transaction (your name, email, amount paid) so we can deliver your install link and provide support. We do not see your full credit card number — Stripe handles that directly.
3.2 Email address
We use your email to send your install link, important product updates, and customer support replies. We use a third-party email provider (Loops.so) to send these emails. We will never sell, rent, or share your email with anyone.
3.3 Basic website analytics
Our website (familylinkpro.com) uses standard analytics to count page views and understand which features visitors are interested in. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.
4. Cookies
Our website uses minimal cookies for basic functionality. The Chrome extension itself uses local browser storage (not cookies) to remember your settings between sessions. This local storage stays on your device and is never transmitted to us or anyone else.
5. How we use your information
We use the limited information we collect to:
- Deliver your purchase (send the install link, license key, receipt)
- Provide customer support when you email us
- Send important product updates (security patches, major new features)
- Improve the product based on aggregated usage patterns
- Comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting)
6. Who we share your information with
We share information only with the service providers we need to run the business:
- Stripe — to process your payment
- Loops.so — to send your install email and product updates
- Cloudflare — to host this website
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. Ever.
7. How long we keep your information
We keep your purchase record and email for as long as you have an active FamilyLink Pro license, plus 7 years for tax/accounting compliance after that. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 9).
8. Children
FamilyLink Pro is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.
9. Your rights
You can email [email protected] at any time to:
- Request a copy of the personal data we have on you
- Correct any inaccurate data
- Delete your data (subject to tax/accounting retention requirements)
- Unsubscribe from product update emails
- Ask any privacy question — we'll answer within 5 business days
10. Security
We use industry-standard security to protect the limited data we hold (encryption in transit, access controls, regular security review). The extension itself runs in Chrome's sandboxed environment and never touches your CorrLinks login. That said, no system is 100% secure — we encourage strong, unique passwords and enabling two-factor authentication everywhere you can.
11. Changes to this policy
If we materially change this policy, we will email everyone with an active license at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Minor clarifications (typos, formatting) may be made without notice.
